How does the Danro 2616 Ink Roller work?
The Danro price gun ink roller is a foam roller that as been soaked in a viscous UV resistant ink. When the operator presses the lever of the pricing gun, the ink roller rotates as the print head moves across the face of the ink roller. This applies a thin layer of ink to the characters on the print head bands prior to the impression on the label.
The design of the Danro 2616 price gun means that the inking roller dispenses the correct amount of ink onto the print head bands each time a label is used. As a result of this process, the output of the price gun should mean the labels are uniform in presentation at all times until the ink roller is exhausted.
Each ink roller should last for around 15,000 impressions before the print output deteriorates.
